Neha Malhotra is a multidisciplinary architect and design leader with over 15 years of experience across commercial, retail, residential, and multi-family projects in India and the US. Currently serving as AVP – Design at Flipspaces Technologies, she spearheads global design strategy, bridging creative storytelling, technology integration, and scalable execution.
Her expertise lies in space planning, modular product design, and experiential interiors that reflect both brand identity and human connection. With a strong foundation in architecture and design thinking, Neha believes in crafting environments that are functional, emotionally resonant, and future-ready.
An alumna of the National Institute of Design (Ahmedabad) and the University for the Creative Arts (UK), she brings a global design perspective enriched by her background in photography and visual arts. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and the pursuit of design that elevates everyday experience.
